KWAM 1 came under public scrutiny after a video of him dodging a moving plane at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, surfaced online.
According to TheCable, the incident occurred on August 6 when the singer was seen drinking from a flask and was approached by a flight attendant who suspected that the content was a substance passengers cannot take onboard an aircraft in Nigeria.
This flight attendant tried to take the flask off him, but Ayinde insisted that it was medication from his doctor.

His team later claimed it was water he got in the lounge while waiting for his flight.
When KWAM 1 did not give up the flask, the attendant proceeded to deboard him. Reacting to his removal, he went to the front of the plane to prevent it from taking off.
A video shows the plane moving while Ayinde runs out of its way.
